Soft heartedness, may be one of the factors, why pugilistic is not operating well.

During LTC, i told Sebestian that i am very soft-hearted, and he gave me this piece of advice: Tell your members that it is them who need the CCA, but not the CCA need them.

And yup, Jiayen and i told them about the attitude of pugi. How ellene always went missing, how eileen becomes so rude to mdm tan before the LTC, and how i am so soft hearted, and why jiayen is not so committed.

Everyone has their own problem, and i realise that no1 is changing. I still see this things happening here and there.

When Brian mentioned that it is useless for us to do so much for OPen house, because it will be closed down sooner or later, i dun beg to differ. Although Jiayen give Brian a scolding, somehow or another, i dun feel that she has the right to do so.

BEnjamin and Kee yong once mentioned that, '' If Gavin gives up on this CCA, this CCA is doomed. So, i hope that no matter what, you wunt give up.''

Based on such confidence the seniors have on me, i have not given up, until almost once, when Weimin said, '' You are not doing enough for Pugi.''

That sentence hurt me, and i dun hesitate to scold them back. It has been hard for me, to take up so many posts. I even retorted when Mdm He said that i am the President.

Why am i saying all this? Let me give an example of each member, and you will noe.
Ellene
Absent, as usual, though i highlight the importance of attending the training.
JiaYen
Joined Water Polo, though she clearly knows that it will clash with training.
Eileen
Does not have a sense of urgency.

So when after the Open house, Mdm tan just looked at me with those Goldfish face, i told her calmly, '' Lao Shi, i know how you feel.'' And she just laughed. Though ellene and eileen were laughing too, i bet they dun even understand how Mdm tan feel.

I finally realised that, when everyone gave me those attitudes during the open house.

3 times i went b to the booth, i saw that Eileen went up to the library thrice, and spend so much time there. Priority is placed in the rong place.

After going home, i pieced all the attitudes of the members, and the current trend they showing now, and finally, i understand.

And which is why, i am putting pugilistic to a test. If they fail, i will give up on this cca. Nothing for me to do anymore. Cus i noe, it will be useless.
