Leadership

Well, i have just read through Mr Chua, my DNT teacher in Sec 2, blog.

Well, it is kind of thought-provoking, so let me discuss it further.

It seems that pseudo self-esteem is linked to some aspects of leadership and i must stressed it to all of you that it is very very bad!! Never ever displayed pseudo self-esteem actions via yur leadership skilss. First, a research has revealed that it lowers your competency level and eventually, it will destroy ur status as a leaders.

You may ask, what is pseudo self-esteem? Well, go find out yourself!!

Lolx, being a so-called leader in pugilistic, it never occurs to me that the seelf-esteem i possess now is actually genuine, not pseudo. This means that i am still on the safe track. For people out there who depends on members praising their actions or trying to suck up to them, let me give you this advice.

Open your eyes, look around. You never know. The people around you can be true to you, but we shall not discount the fact that they may be masked up.

Or rather, watch out for hypocrites. They may be wandering near you and a moment of breaking vigilance, they are on you.

Leaders lead. Based on your views, listen to your instinct. PICK a range of ideas from your members, weigh it before implement it.

However, it is still a fact that many leaders still fall due to some villians.

I wonder why this happen? Jealousy? Or vengence?
